June 5th-8th Las Vegas

Las Vegas bottomline is the city everyone should visit itleast once. Starting with the wake up. Nght before Noah chilled over Mikey's and stayed over allowing us to relax without waking up extremely early for an early departure as planned plus we could add a nice sess in the night before. We were planning on waking up at 5am if all things went to plan and most of it went well with waking up. We left Pebble Beach around 5:30am and arrived at the first meet up spot to get gas, sum drinks, and a snack before we started this 8-10hr long drive.
Barstow was one of the big meet up spots and the cars that arrived ready to cruise together were ridiculously nice. Each one had its own flow and really none were riced out, unlike the East Coast. We ate @ Dennys before we started the huge cruise caravan, learning that Dennys serves booze, drinkability. I still choose to go with the big glass of orange juice. After eating quickly we gathered over the other side of the street with the rest of the caravan, starting to take some snap shots. So many gorgeous cars but I think mine would of still held its own.
Cruisin time was ready to begin and we loaded up the caravan. Rolling shots of all the cars were a must and I was luckily enough places in the Imola 20th for the first stretch of the journey later on getting into the M3 for the remainder. Took tons of shots from the landscape to the cars that were along for the drive. Its so beautiful out in the desert with the clouds in the sky and the windmills in the mountains, it just was a very relaxin trip. A few brake downs by others, unfort one person blew there seal on their R32 Turbocharged vehicle which was very dissapointing, im sure more for the owner. 8-10hrs later we arrived in VEGAS!

June 1st Flight Departure

Flying out of Philadelphia Airport @ 10am after just crusing to the departure in an M3 doing about 120 on the highway, I was ready for my trip. Luckily my flight was on time and check-in went extremely quickly. Waiting in the terminal for my departure I continued to listen to my music hoping time would fly a bit quicker.
Boarded the plane and found a end seat I would be happy with, I started to settle in for my first part of the flight lasting 3 hrs. I slept most of the way and held small but entertaining conversations with passengers around me. Nothing special for meal wise, just a few bags of peanuts and a couple cups of Sprite to keep my stomach at ease. I watched the Wolverine movie and played multiple games on the Itouch to keep me occupied. Plane landed in Denver with no problems and some passengers were continuing towards LA but I was to board a different plane to land into San Jose.
Waiting for the next plane to arrive, I relaxed in the terminal lobby. At one point I went to the bathroom to drop off the kids and the gift store for a bottle of water. Felt much better before the plane arrived and I gathered my belongings standing in line for my seat. Luckily I was able to make small talk with a girl named Lindsi, and she happened to be the position in front of me to board the plane. We chose to sit next to each other and it worked out well cause we kept each other company and not bored on this current 2 hr flight. Ive never been much of a word puzzle/crossward acheiver but we decided to strive to finish this one included on the plane, it was rough. Lots of laughs and giggles, exchanging each others phone numbers, and helping each other with our bags was the final part of gathering before we seperated. Linds was off to Santa Cruz on a mission and I was off to Monterey/Pebble Beach to live with my car buddies. We still keep in contact and hope to meet up itleast once more before she leaves in August.
Picked up starting to cruise back to San Jose we decided to introduce myself to Jack in the Box. Probably 50 times better than most fast food places and the food was great. This was my first meal since the early morning and with the time difference my stomach was all kinds of mucked up. As we started to cruise back to San Jose we had to tend to the valve cover leak which was discovered on Mike and Noah's journey to pick me up from the airport. But eventually we got back home to the Monterey Area and headed to the shop. Here I got to few multiple sick rides which included a few bmw m3's, z3, rolls, gti, and others. I felt like I was in the right place and couldnt wait to meet everyone I had been so eager to meet.
